Exceptional cases can appear and will in that case be informed via mail.
Ordering at Kings & Queens is very easy. Just choose the product/products you would like to purchase and click buy. Then follow the instructions on the order page.
You are always welcome to visit our store in Antwerp Belgium. Everything that is in the web store, we have in the store in Antwerp. Here you can choose, fit and feel the product

We use UPS when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 - 6 days depending on which country you are ordering from. Note that UPS orders are fully insured by UPS After the delivery is picked up by UPS you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter www.ups.com to track your package.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
You can also choose "Pick-up" in the Antwerp store. We will pack your goods and you can simply come to the store in Antwerp and pick it up when you can. The order will be in the store for 2 weeks and after that we send it instead. Don't forget a photo-ID when you pick it up.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
We have different delivery times, depending on which country you order from. Most countries have a delivery time from 2-6 days. After the delivery is picked up by UPS you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter http://www.ups.com to track your package.
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked "confirm" in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal's website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund (only the product price NOT the shipping cost) for the goods on receipt. The refund will be done within 30 days. If you would like a new product it is important you email us so we can put it aside.

To reclaim a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +32 493 198 056 If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs (only in case there is a damage).
