CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
WHAT CONDITION MUST RETURNED ITEMS BE IN?
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.
ARE SALE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
No. Items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Refunds apply to the product value only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
Yes. You can choose store pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and held in store for up to two weeks. Please bring a valid photo ID when collecting your purchase.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes. Exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item so we can assist you.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. When applicable, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in cases of approved damage or error.
