WHICH SHIPPING PARTNERS DO YOU USE?

We ship national and international orders with trusted partners including DPD, DHL, and Bpost. All shipments include tracking.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 16.00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. In exceptional cases, delays may occur and you will be informed by email.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping partner. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 days after dispatch.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

Yes. You can choose store pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and held in store for up to two weeks. Please bring a valid photo ID when collecting your purchase.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY?

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT CONDITION MUST RETURNED ITEMS BE IN?

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.

ARE SALE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

No. Items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return or refund.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. When applicable, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in cases of approved damage or error.
